OPERATIONS COORDINATOR NUGEGODA
Family Movers is a trusted relocation and logistics service provider in Sri Lanka, known for our customer-first approach and professional handling of residential and office moves. We are expanding our operations and seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day moving jobs
- Response to customer inquiries (phone/email)
- Maintaining accurate records on systems
- Plan logistics: routes, vehicle allocation, manpower scheduling
- Coordinating with operational staff and clients
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Candidates between the ages of 20 and 25 are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala
- Proficient in MS Office and email etiquette
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Passion for working in a supportive, team-based environment
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
