Job Role
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
- Offer solutions based on client needs and capabilities.
- Update client records.
- Track and document calls and sales.
- Participating in any required training.
Qualifications
- Minimum G.C.E Advanced level.
- Age between 18-30 years.
- Female Candidates only
- Work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency is critical.
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
- An outgoing individual is an excellent fit for this opportunity.
- Must be a team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communications skills required to perform outstanding customer service.
