Product Manager (e-SIM)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our global eSIM solutions.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle across web, mobile apps, and core platforms.
- Build and manage the product backlog, defining user stories, technical requirements, and prioritization.
- Optimize the user journey for seamless eSIM purchase, installation, and activation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch high-quality features.
- Drive product and business metrics: conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Work with telecom operators, partners, and vendors to expand platform capabilities.
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous product improvement.
- Support pricing, billing integrations, and scalable commercial workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Systems Design.
- Excellent English communication; ability to simplify complex tech for users.
- Passion for travel, consumer tech, and mobile ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, data-driven and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Agile, Jira/Asana and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, negotiation & project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Tech, Telecom, eSIM/eUICC, MVNO, OTA, Travel Platforms, Mobile Apps or E-commerce.
- Knowledge of APIs, cellular core provisioning, network architecture or analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus.
