Japanese Client Relations Executive | Negombo
Join us in promoting Ceylon Wellness and Ayurveda to Japanese clients and delivering exceptional wellness experiences in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Lead Engagement
- Communicate with Japanese clients, introduce our wellness programs, and support leads from inquiry to booking.
Marketing Support & Awareness Building
- Help the marketing team create Japanese marketing materials, presentations, and content for various platforms.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate travel, retreats, accommodations, and client requirements. Act as the main bridge between Japan and Sri Lanka.
Interpretation & On-Site Support
- Provide interpretation during consultations, programs, and meetings. Accompany clients and ensure a smooth and memorable experience.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and provide market insights to support business growth.
Requirements
Essential
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken & written)
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture, etiquette, and business practices
- Willingness to learn about Ayurveda and Sri Lankan wellness traditions
- Based in or around Negombo area
- Willingness to travel when required
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Flexible to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, or holidays when required
Preferred
- Experience studying, living, or working in Japan
- Experience in interpretation, tourism, hospitality, or client coordination
- Familiarity with wellness tourism, Ayurveda, or hospitality industry
- JLPT N2 or above (N1 highly desirable)
Additional Details
CONTRACT
3-month renewable contract upto 2 years
WORK HOURS
Total of 40 hours per week
(Schedules may vary based on client visits & events)
