Assistant - Packing Operations
Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Assistant-Packing Operations for its manufacturing facilities in Colombo.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily packing operations and ensure achievement of planned targets and meet the OTIF.
- Coordinate smooth material flow to avoid line stoppages and maintaining reconciliations.
- Ensure all packing activities comply with company SOP's and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and PPE usage.
- Maintain proper housekeeping within the packing area.
- Escalate operational issues and propose improvements.
- Monitoring and controlling the wastages during the operation.
Candidate Profile
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification in the Science or Commerce stream.
- Minimum of one year of experience in packaging operations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
