RCM Associate / Senior RCM

SHIFT TIME: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
RCM ASSOCIATE (FRESHERS ARE WELCOME)
REQUIREMENTS
- Only 1+ years of experience in Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management required
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM process
- Proficiency in accounts receivable (AR) follow-up
- Basic knowledge of rejection and denial reason codes (eg. CO, PR, PI, OA denial codes)
SENIOR RCM
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-6+ years of experience in Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AR Collections (US healthcare preferred)
- Experience working with insurance payers, denial management, and follow-ups
- Prior experience in a senior or mentoring role is an advantage
