Finance Controller
Specialization - Financial Control & Reporting
Experience - Minimum 8 years in financial control and accounting management
Language Requirement: Must be very fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential for all positions
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (preferably ACCA, CPA, or CA)
- Extensive experience in financial statement preparation and audit coordination
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools
- Experience in internal controls, risk management, and financial governance
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all accounting and finance department functions
- Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness
- Implement and maintain internal control systems and procedures
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management
