Project Development Manager - Real Estate
Specialization - Real Estate Development
Experience - Minimum 7 years in real estate development and project management
Language Requirement: Must be very fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential for all positions
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong expertise in land acquisition, property evaluation, and feasibility analysis
- In-depth knowledge of zoning regulations, planning permissions, and development approvals
- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment appraisal
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate residential, commercial, and mixed-use development opportunities
- Conduct market research and develop investment proposals
- Manage regulatory compliance and approval processes
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee project budgeting, timelines, and quality delivery
- Manage stakeholder relations and ensure successful project completion
