Project Development Manager - Shipping
Specialization - Shipping & Maritime
Experience - Minimum 8 years in maritime and shipping project development
Language Requirement: Must be very fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential for all positions
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Business Administration
- Deep knowledge of maritime industry, vessel operations, and port logistics
- Experience in vessel acquisition, deployment, and commercial maritime operations
- Understanding of IMO regulations, maritime compliance, and international shipping standards
- Proficiency in shipping market analysis and business case development
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate shipping and maritime business expansion opportunities
- Conduct market feasibility studies and vessel acquisition analysis
- Manage vessel procurement, deployment, and operational logistics
- Coordinate with port authorities, maritime regulators, and business partners
- Develop and monitor shipping project budgets and performance metrics
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on maritime ventures
