KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end event operations including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage event logistics including venues, equipment, manpower, and timelines
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and dismantling processes
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and brand compliance at all events
- Prepare operational plans, risk assessments, and event reports
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of projects
- Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time during events
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in event management or operations (2-3 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
