At Elements, we embrace nature by growing our own organic vegetables and fruits to offer our guests a healthy, balanced international menu as well as authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.
You will be working alongside our Chefs, assisting them in keeping the highest quality standards across our kitchen to give our international guests an unforgettable culinary experience.
Requirements:
- 3 years working experience in a star-class hotel
- Expertise both, in hot and cold kitchen operation
- Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Passion for baking and experience in pastry kitchen will be an advantage
- Team player with a positive work attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Good hygiene standards
- Age below 30 years
