Executive - Human Capital
Play a key role in enhancing employee experience by managing and ensuring safe, comfortable, and well- maintained accommodation for our employees across Colombo and Greater Colombo.
Field Based Role | Regular Travel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations of employee accommodation across assigned locations
- Manage room allocations and ensure optimal occupancy
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall living standards
- Conduct inspections and follow up on maintenance
- Manage lease agreements and landlord relationships
- Manage and track utility payments
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers
- Ensure a safe, compliant and employee-friendly environment
- Travel across locations to ensure consistent standards
- Drive continuous improvements in accommodation and employee satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid riding license with access to a motorbike is essential
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, facilities, or housing operations (added advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for enhancing employee experience and wellbeing
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or tracking tools will be an added advantage
