Intern - Payment Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day payment operations to ensure smooth and secure transactions for customers and merchants.
- Support cross-functional teams in improving payment processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns with payment partners and internal stakeholders.
- Track campaign budgets, commissions, and related financial data under supervision.
- Prepare basic reports and analyze campaign performance to identify key insights.
- Handle payment-related operational tasks and support issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payment operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, HND, or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of e-commerce or payment systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.
