Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure merchandising standards and display quality across all locations.
- Supervise and manage the merchandising team to ensure effective execution of display standards.
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies, layouts, and promotional displays.
- Monitor and ensure accurate product placement, pricing, and labeling consistency.
- Track team performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, guide, and develop showroom staff to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in merchandising, retail, or showroom operations.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good planning, analytical, and performance monitoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across showroom locations.
- Experience in the retail business will be considered an added advantage.
