Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Sri Lanka Travel & Tourism
- Excellent English writing & speaking skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & online booking systems
- Strong communication skills
- Freshers or 1-3 years of industry experience
- Flexible working hours (including occasional weekend support)
Responsibilities
- Handle reservations for hotels and related services.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with hotels and the sales team to ensure smooth reservation handling and timely confirmations.
- Work independently as well as in collaboration with the team.
