Junior Executive - Leasing Marketing
As a Junior Executive - Leasing Marketing, you will be responsible for driving branch business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role involves executing lending strategies, expanding the loan portfolio, and achieving assigned KPIs. You will also contribute to developing data driven solutions, building new business partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing credit risk, and strengthening customer service standards across all operations. THE JOB ROLE
- Responsible for overall business operations, branch business growth, profitability, brand visibility, and improving the efficiency of business transactions.
- Set up & execute the company's lending strategy & grow the loans and advances portfolio in line with assigned KPIs.
- Drive business growth by designing data and technology-based digital products and solutions for all customer gital products and solutions for segments.
- Negotiate with prospective business partners to establish new business generation channels.
- Ensure all products and portfolios comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Adhere to company credit risk parameters and establish proactive processes to mitigate potential risk factors.
- Strengthen customer service standards and processes to enhance service levels across all operational areas.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
- Sound knowledge of fintech-based lending and financial products, credit evaluation, business development, and market insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy with a good command of MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.
