Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Financial Planning & Reporting: Budgeting/forecasting, actuals vs. budget monitoring, cost/pricing/margin optimization, monthly accounts/trial balance/analytical reports on revenue/margins/overheads/profit.
- Familiar with Strategic Business planning/funding support, advising on risks/opportunities/working capital/debt/investments.
- Part or fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA/ACCA/AAT (or equivalent)
- 10+ years accounting experience (engineering / construction / project-based preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan tax, regulations & SLFRS for SMEs
- High proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills
