Location: Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte / Nawala
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries
- Assist in day-to-day store operations
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
- Handle billing and cashiering duties when required
- Support stock handling and inventory management activities
- Work on a shift basis as required (shift arrangements can be discussed)
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
- Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage
