E-Commerce Executive
Join our growing team and help drive online sales and customer satisfaction across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain products across e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and update products on WooCommerce and Daraz.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Handle showroom operations and coordinate with sales staff.
- Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new products and market trends.
- Achieve sales and performance targets set by management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve online performance.
Requirements
- Experience with WooCommerce and Daraz product uploading
- Strong knowledge of stock and inventory management
- Experience in showroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Valid motorcycle/bike driving license (preferred)
