JOB PROFILE
- Collect blood samples from patients or other medical specimens using appropriate techniques in accordance with prescribed safety procedures
- Apply labels to identify samples and enter sample information into the system
- Instruct patients on the correct methods and preparation methods for taking samples/blood samples
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Applicable to a one-year certificate course in Nursing with approved practical training from a recognized institution
- More than one year of experience as a Blood Collection Officer in a reputable health institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and committed to patient care
