Junior Executive - Gold Loan Operations | Colombo 3
Location: Fintrex Signature (Colombo 3)
As a Junior Executive - Gold Loan Operations, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, following up on leads and client inquiries, supporting promotional activities, and traveling across the island to support business and marketing initiatives. The role also involves promoting the company's gold loan services through marketing and business development efforts. You will report directly to the Senior Manager - Gold Loan Operations and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the non-banking financial services sector. THE JOB ROLE
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential client calls to support business growth.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Support the organization and implementation of promotional activities and campaigns.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel across the island as required.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role. Hands-on marketing experience in gold loans will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Computer literacy with a good command of MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
