Sales Executive (Motor Spares)
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Colombo. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in motor spares sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing clients (garages, fleet operators, and retailers).
- Provide expert technical advice on motor spare parts and recommend the right solutions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in motor spares or automotive parts sales or similar trade.
- Strong technical knowledge of Japanese, European, or Indian vehicle spare parts is definite advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil.
- A valid riding license along with own mode of transport will be a distinct advantage.
