Salary: 40,000-45,000 LKR Plus service charge per month
About the Role:
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to set recipes and menus
- Work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Participate in inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Proven experience in preparing a variety of cuisines
- Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
