ABOUT THE ROLE
Rush Lanka Group is currently seeking a competent and experienced Civil Foreman to join our project team at our Colombo area sites.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on site
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Handle site labour and subcontractors efficiently
- Maintain site safety, quality standards, and discipline
- Coordinate with site engineers for smooth project execution
- Monitor material usage and site progress reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Civil Foreman
- Strong knowledge in civil construction works
- Ability to manage site labour effectively
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
