- Deliver professional and personalized fragrance consultations to clients, recommending suitable products based on their preferences and lifestyle.
- Represent a carefully curated portfolio of designer and niche fragrance brands with in-depth product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the retail team.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and cleanliness at the counter, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, manage tester units, and follow operational procedures to support daily sales activities.
- Uphold a consistently high level of customer service, professionalism, and brand representation at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Completed G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or higher. Additional education in retail, customer service, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail sales. Prior experience in the fragrance or beauty industry will be considered a strong asset.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Professional in appearance, with a confident and courteous manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic numerical skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
