IT Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, software/OS installation and network systems. Assist in troubleshooting computer and system issues.
- Support staff with day-to-day IT requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT field.
- Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or sound knowledge in Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 0365, and networking fundamentals.
- Exposure to SAP systems will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and internship experience are also considered.
