As a key member of our team, you’ll be the face of our tapes and accessories line—handling everything from customer inquiries to ensuring our sales data is spot-on.
Sales & Marketing Associate (Entry Level)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in and phone-in customers, helping them find the right tapes and accessories for their specific needs.
- Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Payment Management: Handle cash, card, and digital payments with precision and ensure daily reconciliations are correct.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting our products through basic social media updates or in-store displays.
- Inventory & Care: Help keep the shelves stocked and ensure the shop floor looks professional and inviting.
Who You Are
- Language: You need be able to communicate in all three (English, Sinhala & Tamil)
- A Quick Learner: You just need to be able to pick up product knowledge and software quickly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and basic retail software (POS).
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day.
- A People Person: You’re friendly, helpful, and enjoy solving problems for customers.
- Reliable: You show up on time and take ownership of your daily tasks.
