(DRIVER ACTIVATION) 05 POSITIONS
Responsible for on-ground onboarding of three-wheel drivers at stands and transit hubs. Tasks include app installation, document verification, and ensuring the driver completes their first successful hire. (Target: 60 successful activations per day.)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales (FMCG, Telecom, or B2B preferred).
- Must be highly persuasive and outgoing.
- a valid riding license and a personal motorcycle is Mandatory
Remuneration G Incentive:
- Basic salary LKR 35,000+ Fixed Bike Allowance + 50L Fuel per month.
- "Earn up to LKR 5,000 per day in additional commissions based on performance."
