Business Development - Assistant Manager | Colombo 4
Leading the 5-man team to hit a collective daily target of 300 activations.
Responsibilities include territory mapping, negotiating with stand leaders, and auditing activation quality.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Field Sales Management
- Strong leadership and reporting skills.
- a valid riding license and a personal motorcycle is Mandatory
Remuneration G Incentive:
- Basic salary LKR 60,000 - LKR 75,000 (based on experience) + Fixed Bike Allowance + 60L Fuel per month.
- "Performance-linked bonuses up to LKR 5,000 per day."
