- Having passed the GCE Advanced Level examination
- Having Experience in Food Industry and manufacturing will be an added advantege
- Ex-Military forces officers (Retired) are welcome to apply this position
- Be responsible for production output and product quality
- Proven Experience of minimum 02 years in the similar position
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Knowledge and practical Experience in Quality standards will be an added advantage
- Commit to safety procedures
- Ensuring production plans are completed in time
- Assigning responsibilities to production employees and Team Work
- Shift based Day and Night Working
- Ability to handle minor staff
