Quantity Surveyor / Site Supervisor | Colombo
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Contracts: Draft and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Measurement: Measure and assess work completed to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Negotiation: Negotiate costs and contracts with suppliers and contractors.
SITE SUPERVISOR
- On-Site Management: Daily operations at construction sites.
- Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and standards are followed.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality and ensure it meets project specifications.
- Communication: Liaise between management, clients, and site workers.
Desired Requirements:
- All candidates must have prior experience in above respective fields desired.
- A valid driving license will be preferred.
- Candidates from Colombo & suburb areas preferred.
