භූමිකාව ගැන:
Sous Chef ලෙස, ඔබ අපගේ සූපශාස්ත්ර දැක්ම ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමේදී ප්රධාන කාර්යභාරයක් ඉටු කරනු ඇත, ඔබ සමූහ විධායක සූපවේදියෙකු සමඟ සමීපව ශ්රී ලාංකීය බලපෑම් සමඟ ගෝලීය සූපශාස්ත්ර ප්රවණතා ඒකාබද්ධ කරන ආහාර නිර්මාණය කිරීමට කටයුතු කරනු ඇත. ධනාත්මක, ගතික වැඩ පරිසරයක් පෝෂණය කරන අතරම සෑම පිඟානකම අනුකූලතාව සහ ගුණාත්මකභාවය සහතික කරමින් ඔබ මුළුතැන්ගෙයි කණ්ඩායම කළමනාකරණය කරනු ඇත.

We're opening a unique fusion restaurant in Galle Fort, adding a fresh, modern chapter to our already successful portfolio of restaurants in Weligama, Hikkaduwa, and Galle Fort. We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef who can bring their passion for excellence and support our Group Executive Chef in delivering an extraordinary dining experience to our guests.
About the Role:
As the Sous Chef, you will play a key role in executing our culinary vision, working closely with the Group Executive Chef to create dishes that combine global culinary trends with Sri Lankan influences. You'll manage the kitchen team, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate while fostering a positive, dynamic work environment.
