Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to support our sales and marketing efforts. The role will focus on customer relationship management, brand awareness, and sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to both local and international business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain customer feedback across platforms (Facebook, Google, Website, etc.).
- Actively look for new customers and explore potential opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing connections with new and existing customers.
- Research and present new marketing and sales plans.
- Work on enhancing brand awareness.
- Perform daily quality checks and maintain records.
- Track and manage production progress.
- Create invoices and ensure samples are maintained in a presentable manner.
- Explore local and international clients, and actively seek new orders.
Main Skills:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- O/L in English and Mathematics
- A/L in English (or equivalent qualifications)
