Hostel All-Rounder – Colombo
We’re looking for a versatile, hardworking, and friendly All-Rounder to join our busy foreign hostel in Colombo. If you can handle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly while making guests feel at home, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties: check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries.
- Assist with housekeeping: rooms and common areas kept clean and welcoming.
- Support daily hostel operations and administration.
- Help guests with travel info, recommendations, and city tours.
- Pitch in wherever needed to ensure smooth hostel operations.
Requirements:
- Age: 25–45 years
- Experience in hospitality, reception, or housekeeping preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Colombo city and tourist spots is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; other languages a bonus.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
