රැකියා සාරාංශය:
බුවල්කා කර්මාන්ත ශාලාවේ සියලුම සීසීටීවී පද්ධති කළමනාකරණය කිරීම සහ නඩත්තු කිරීම සඳහා සීසීටීවී කාර්මික ශිල්පියා වගකිව යුතුය. කාර්මික ශිල්පියා විසින් සියලුම නිරීක්ෂණ පද්ධති සෑම විටම ක්රියාත්මක වන බව සහතික කරන අතර දෘඩාංග, කේබල්, සම්බන්ධතාවය හෝ බල සැපයුම සම්බන්ධ ගැටළු ඇතුළුව පද්ධති ක්රියාකාරිත්වයට බලපාන ඕනෑම තාක්ෂණික ගැටළු වලට වහාම සහභාගී වී විසඳනු ඇත.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්:
CCTV පද්ධති අධීක්ෂණය සහ නඩත්තුව:
- සියලුම CCTV කැමරා සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම ක්රියාත්මක බව සහතික කිරීම සහ අවශ්ය පරිදි පටිගත කිරීම.
- cctv පද්ධතියේ සාමාන්ය චෙක්පත් සහ පරීක්ෂණ පැවැත්වීම.
- CCTV කැමරා ස්ථාන, ආවරණ ප්රදේශ සහ නඩත්තු ඉතිහාසය පිළිබඳ නිවැරදි ලියකියවිලි පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
ගැටළු නිර්ණය සහ දෝශ නිරාකරණය:
- ගැටළු නිවැරදි කිරීම
- ක්රියා නොකරන කැමරා.
- මාධ්ය පරිවර්තක අසාර්ථකත්වය.
- නෙට්වර්ක් හෝ සම්බන්ධතා ගැටළු.
- බල සැපයුමේ බාධා කිරීම් හෝ දෝෂ.
- හානි වූ කැමරා හෝ උපාංග.
- ෆයිබර් ඔප්ටික් (OFC) හෝ වෙනත් ඕනෑම කේබල් බිඳීමක්.
- අක්රිය කාලය අවම කිරීම සඳහා දෝෂ සහිත සංරචක වහාම ප්රතිස්ථාපනය කිරීම හෝ අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම.
ස්ථාපනය සහ මානකරනය:
- නව CCTV කැමරා සහ උපකරණ ස්ථාපනය කිරීම සහ සැකසීම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- අවශ්ය පරිදි කැමරා, DVR/NVR සහ අධීක්ෂණ පද්ධති වින්යාස කරන්න.
- පද්ධති වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම් හෝ ස්ථාපනයන් සඳහා වෙළෙන්දන් හෝ තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව සපයන්නන් සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කරන්න.
වාර්තා කිරීම සහ ලේඛනගත කිරීම:
- සියලුම CCTV සම්බන්ධ ගැටළු සහ මැදිහත්වීම් සඳහා සේවා ලඝු-සටහන් පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
- නිර්දේශිත විසඳුම් සමඟින් පුනරාවර්තන ගැටළු හෝ ප්රධාන සිදුවීම් කළමනාකරණයට වාර්තා කිරීම.
- CCTV පද්ධතියේ ක්රියාකාරීත්වය පිළිබඳ මාසික මෙහෙයුම් වාර්තා සැකසීමට සහාය වීම.
විදුලි සහ අනෙකුත් දත්ත කේබල් සවි කිරීම්:
- සාමාන්ය විදුලි ආලෝක සවිකිරීම්, දත්ත හෝ එවැනි ආශ්රිත වැඩ (අවශ්ය වූ විට)
ප්රධාන අවශ්යතා:
- CCTV පද්ධති ස්ථාපනය, නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ දෝශ නිරාකරණය පිළිබඳ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2-3 ක පළපුරුද්ද.
- IP කැමරා, DVR/NVR පද්ධති, ජාල කේබල්, ස්විච සහ මාධ්ය පරිවර්තක පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුමක්.
- ෆයිබර් ඔප්ටික් කේබල් කිරීම, කේබල් බෙදීම සහ බල සැපයුම් පද්ධති පිළිබඳ අවබෝධය.
- ස්වාධීනව වැඩ කිරීමට සහ හදිසි බිඳවැටීම් ඉක්මනින් හැසිරවීමට ඇති හැකියාව.
කැමති කුසලතා:
- නෙට්වර්ක් ප්රොටෝකෝල සහ වින්යාසයන් පිළිබඳ මූලික අවබෝධය.

CCTV Technician | Medampe, Chilaw
Location: Bhuwalka Factory, Medampe, Chilaw District, Sri Lanka
Reporting To: Factory Supervisor
Job Summary:
The CCTV Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining all CCTV systems at the Bhuwalka Factory. The technician will ensure all surveillance systems are always operational and will immediately attend to and resolve any technical issues affecting system performance, including problems related to hardware, cabling, connectivity, or power supply.
Key Responsibilities:
CCTV System Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Ensure all CCTV cameras are fully functional and recording as required.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of the cctv system.
- Maintain accurate documentation of CCTV camera locations, coverage areas, and maintenance history.
Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:
Attend to and rectify issues such as:
- Non-functioning cameras.
- Media converter failures.
- Network switch or connectivity problems.
- Power supply interruptions or faults.
- Damaged cameras or accessories.
- Fiber optic (OFC) or any other cable breakages.
- Replace or repair faulty components promptly to minimize downtime.
Installation & Configuration:
- Assist with the installation and setup of new CCTV cameras and equipment.
- Configure cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring systems as required.
- Coordinate with vendors or third-party providers for system upgrades or installations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain service logs for all CCTV-related issues and interventions.
- Report recurring problems or major incidents to management with recommended solutions.
- Assist in preparing monthly operational reports of the CCTV system’s performance.
Electrical & other data cable fittings:
- As and when required normal electrical lighting fittings, data bales or such related work.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, network cabling, switches, and media converters.
- Understanding of fiber optic cabling , splicing of cables and power supply systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and configurations.
Work Environment:
- Based on-site at Bhuwalka Factory, Medampe, near Chilaw
