- Establish overall social and digital media strategy for the company and manage the timely execution
- Plan and execute ROI driven advertising campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer a positive client service
- Managing costs related to all social/digital media marketing activities
- Offering analytical insights and regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
