AAA Industries is an emerging Sri Lankan footwear manufacturer specializing in PVC, PU, and casual footwear production. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on operations professional who can drive productivity improvements and strengthen factory performance across our production departments.
OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Narammala, Sri Lanka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and improve daily production output and manpower productivity across PVC, PU, and Sewing Department.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve factory efficiency.
- Work closely with department supervisors to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and workflow efficiency.
- Implement and maintain 5S standards and shop-floor discipline.
- Improve manpower allocation and production line balancing.
- Monitoring and operational reporting systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production and warehouse operations.
- Drive initiatives to reduce defects and improve quality consistency.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degree / Diploma in a relevant field
- 3-7 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong production & supervision skills
- Leadership and problem-solving ability
- Industry experience is an added advantage
