Machine Operator– Injection Mould (Male)
Job Profile:
- Maintain production of injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment and processes
- Operate, load and maintain auxiliary equipment including dryers, grinders, presses and routers
- Read and understand operation layouts and blue prints
- Inspect component features in accordance with inspection procedure
- Troubleshoot the manufacturing processes to diagnose and resolve anticipated or actual manufacturing problems that may affect product quality
Working hours – 6 am to 6 pm
Salary - Negotiable
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 – 3 year experience in operating injection moulding machines
- Demonstrated skill and ability to use precision measuring equipment
- Ability to detect moulding defects
- Basic understanding of how a plastic injection moulding machine works
- Age 20-45
