Graphic Designer | Kadawatha
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, calendars, labels, and promotional items.
- Prepare accurate print-ready files ensuring correct color modes, bleed, resolution, and file formats for various printing processes (offset, digital, screen, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the prepress and production teams to ensure designs are technically compatible with printing specifications.
- Ensure color consistency and accuracy across all printed materials through proofing and quality checks.
- Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats and materials while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual identity across all marketing and corporate communications.
- Work with clients and the marketing team to interpret briefs, present design options, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay current with printing technologies, materials, and finishing techniques to enhance creativity and production efficiency.
- Retouch and enhance images for optimal print quality and professional presentation.
- Organize and manage design assets and archives for easy access and future use.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design projects, balancing creativity with production deadlines
