Quantity Surveyor - Tendering (Male)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to manage procurement activities, including maintaining trackers and coordinating with procurement and finance teams.
- Attend site meetings and project reviews, working with design and engineering teams to negotiate additional work and ensure project costs are effectively tracked and controlled.
- Support procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs align with approved allocations.
- Strong knowledge of contractual documents, including SBD and FIDIC.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on cost forecasting, budget adjustments, and overall project financial health.
Requirements
- Age between 26-35
- Male Candidates only
- BSc in QS, HND in QS or NCT (Quantity Surveying) or any other similar recognized qualification.
- 3+ Years of Experience.
- Be competent in Auto-CAD and other engineering design packages.
- Have a good command of the English language and be computer literate.
- Be willing to travel to project sites.
