KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and achieve sales targets for individuals, teams, and channels.
- Improve conversion rates and monitor sales performance.
- Expand travel products and destinations based on market demand.
- Lead vendor and supplier negotiations to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Tourism, or Hospitality.
- 5-8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in travel, tourism, airline, or hospitality preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, team leadership, vendor management, and reporting.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally or internationally.
