What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic IT skills (Email, MS Word, Excel) and familiarity with social media.
- A "can-do" attitude and a "make-it-happen" mindset – we love self-starters!
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Smart, pleasant, and professional personality.
- Must be based in Colombo and willing to work on-site daily (this is not a remote role).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
