Customer Care Coordinator - Colombo 03

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala (English is an advantage).
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset.
- Knowledge of office equipment will be an added advantage.
- Able to attend office (Colombo - 03 | Kollupitiya) working days

Salary Range
- Entry Level: LKR 40,000–50,000
- Experienced: LKR 50,000–60,000+
