Euro Motors (Pvt) Ltd, a rapidly growing automotive company in Sri Lanka, is seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our team as Regional Managers to lead and expand our operations across all provinces of Sri Lanka.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive vehicle sales performance and achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales and business development strategies.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, customers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential within the assigned region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales teams to ensure high performance.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications in CIM, SLIM, or a related field will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or regional management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
