Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Analyze financial performance and support management decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fully or Partly Qualified in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA/ACCA.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
