Job Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule pickups based on customer requests and operational priorities, ensuring adherence to agreed timeliness and (SLAs)
- Act as the primary point of contact for pickup queries, resolving concerns, handling feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Liaise with drivers and operational staff to address pickup-related issues promptly and educate them on proper handling and collection protocols
- Maintain accurate pickup records, proactively address delays, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective measures for recurring issues and build strong client relationships to enhance service quality
Candidate Profile
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
- A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly.
- Prior experience in a courier company or last mile delivery will be an added advantage.
