Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. O/L or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food & beverage, or hospitality industry.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is an advantage.
- Basic POS knowledge.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of daily outlet operations.
- Cash handling and inventory management experience.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to train and guide junior crew members.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
