Fintech Officer
THE JOB
- Support daily operations within assigned department
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery
- Work closely with teams to meet business goals
- Handle customer/partner interactions professionally
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency
THE PERSON
- GCE O/L or A/L qualification (school leavers are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge or interest in banking, finance, or fintech
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
