Quantity Surveyor (QS)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/engineering projects.
- Knowledge of BOQS, cost estimation, contract administration, and valuations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driving/riding license (car/bike) will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations to ensure effective cost control.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
- Review drawings and specifications for accurate measurements and pricing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams on project-related matters.
