Technical Officer (TO)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/NVQ or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of site experience.
- Ability to read drawings and supervise construction activities.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site practices.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory. (Heavy vehicle license will be an added advantage.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and support timely project completion.
